SUMMER MENU LAUNCHED Chef Vipin Sharma is excited to announce the newly launched Summer Menu at Beau Monde International. The new menu features dishes like Lemon pepper calamari with a tangy ginger and lime sauce and rocket salad as a starter and Basil and garlic marinated chicken breast with truffled potato rosti, broccolini and pepperonata sauce as a main.
